Blatantly trying to be like James bond but failing miserably. Carmichael looks like a schoolboy. Someone who tortures people would not dress like Chris Evans's character let alone make silly jokes like that. To torture people, you need to have some real issues so it's just not realistic to have a trendy, funny, and attractive character play the part of a sadist. Just because there are a few well-known actors in the film doesn't make it a good film. No offense to the actors because they are all very talented and I like their performances in other films, but these roles were just not right for them.
