Do not buy this game. Do not be fooled by the demo. It is a mess of technical issues and tone deaf developers. You will not be able to play with friends. The crossplay has never worked, and the multiplayer is causing inventory wipes which have not been recovered for weeks. You will not be able to push into endgame content. The developers have a "balance" team that does nothing but nerf players every few weeks, and many of the changes are not published anywhere. You'll just log into the game and do less damage and die more often without notice. You will never be able to go back and farm previous content quickly regardless of your gear level because of downscaling. The idea of a looter shooter was clearly lost on this development team. Running any content more than 3 levels below your current gear causes your damage and survivability to downscale. Your level 50 gear will die almost as fast against level 35 enemies as you do against level 50s. This is a bad game with a bad development team, which is infuriating because this game had incredible potential. However, the developers seem more concerned with nerfing popular builds than fixing game-breaking technical issues. And, no, you shouldn't be patient with them for it. No, you shouldn't care that there's a separate balance team, and you absolutely shouldn't give this company your money.
