This game is offensive and frankly a piece of shit compared to the first game. The MCU esque ending disgusted me. The Chloe and Max breakup destroys the bae ending completely because people chose to save Chloe with the promise of forever. For them to blatantly disrespect the original games endings and ruin Chloe’s character is awful. I could go on forever about the games flaws. Great music, mocap, and voice acting (excluding Safis) but the characters and story fell short.

A strong start to a brilliant series that’s had me delving into the books for years. It’s too bad the series ended, though, and it’s unfortunate that they erased the Spirit Animals game. These books will always claim a spot in my heart.
