Way to needlessly political. King used this book as a soapbox to push his own political beliefs. What could be a great book is ruined by knowing intimately each character's political affiliation, vaccination status, and race. King makes a point at every turn to highlight mask wearing and hyping COVID fear. Much of the 'science' he claims in the book has been completely disproven by the time the book was released.
