Anyone who actually knows the Bible knows this is ridiculous. I understand what poetic license is, but this is a complete alteration of the scripture. The true version of this story would have been enough to make a fantastic television series. I guess some writers think they could tell a better story than The eternal word of God can. The actor who plays David is so far from the biblical description of him, that he may as well be from Greenbow Alabama. The most concerning thing is that most people watching this think this is a true depiction. Very sad

I need to go wash my mouth out with the Lord of the Rings trilogy after watching this garbage. Great CGI though!

The CGI is great, but that's the extent of it. By every other metric this show is awful. Exceedingly boring, and does not even approach the same universe as GOT. I was hoping season 2 would redeem the series but it's only made it worse. Game of Thrones had epic moments just about every episode, this series has yet to have a single one.

Great movie, can't wait for the next one.

Comparing this show to the Last Kingdom is laughable. The Winter King is unwatchable, don't waste your time checking it out to see if it's good..it is not
