Cute film , both my kids aria the two year old girl and my ten year old boy enjoyed the flick. Let me tell you about the movie without spoilers. The plot revolves around the two dogs and the human family they reside with. They go for a vacation on a farm and meet more animals that inspire the small dog to shed his fear and be brave. There are some other dogs,cats an old lady and a tiger thrown in with their own subplots. An interesting animated film that keeps your kids engaged.

Just saw the movie with my family, my wife liked the movie . My son liked it. I will not give the plot away. I personally felt Salman has acted very well but the movie goes against his image as an action hero. There are times in this movie where you feel he should just be the superhero he portrays in his earlier flicks but that doesn’t happen. There is another yearning that I had while watching this film, I wanted to see his father come back to him. After all the whole movie lies on the sacrifice of a son who hopes that his father and sister come back to him. I know they have adapted the movie from an ode to my father but they should have tweaked it to a positive finale. I know in the climax the redemption takes place ,the intellectual few may like it but the general public may want the impossible ending of his father coming back alive. The partition scenes have been depicted well. The director and the other actors have done a fine job. Salman has given his heart and soul and done a wonderful job.

A feel good family flick with decent music and good special effects that will definitely fascinate children. I have seen the Julie Andrews classic when I was a kid. Emily blunt may not be as good looking but she is spectacular in her performance as the protagonist. The story may be a tad difficult for the younger tots to decipher but they will love the colours used on the screen. The older kids will like the movie. The director has beautifully painted the movie like an artist. The latter part of the movie does get a little tedious but that can be excused . My 2 year old absolutely adored the special effects. A must see for kids.

A thrill ride for the kids. Nice cgi and a vulnerable protagonist makes it a good one time watch. A few cons do mar the script but you can’t expect it to be an Oscar front runner. After all, it’s just a superhero flick. My kids loved it. The trident looks similar to the Trishul of Shiva. The movie does remind you of the Thor franchise and the Little Mermaid. Ps- A must do after the movie. Keep forks at bay from the kids or a war may just break out in the midst of ur home.
