It was a wanna- be HALLOWEEN movie.
Things that didn't make sense:
What was the relation with the the mother and the psycho cousin? Were there lovers
Was the mother being molested by her father?
Why didn't the detective not help enough with the case
Why, at the end the detective let the psycho cousin get away.
The movie needed a back story.
It's was done very poor
