I love the movie to start with. I am a lifelong NASCAR fan. I was offered all access pit passes forThe Daytona 500 2.18.01,this movie is based around. I have that whole day on a new (2001) camcorder. I put the vhs onto my YouTube account, a couple years ago. It started getting hits, then reddit, nascar, etc started putting the video my day at 500 everywhere. As a fan, especially of RCR, Waltrip and Earnhardt, I heard about Blink of an Eye. I realize that nobody knows me ..which is kinda why I am posting this...but..since I wasn't asked, or was never recognized for the part I played in this great movie..I dont know all the rules and laws about who can use someone else's videos, to try and make a profit ..However, regardless of that, I feel glad to have had so much of my video, "they' (I don't know who) used in this movie. From the 1st trailer I seen... It was what I filmed. I'm the guy in the movie who says " yeah he was in a wreck, but I'm sure he will be ok" ... if you can get through all the boring parts of the video, I took that day, check it out on my YouTube. I'm not saying this in vain nor have any other alternative. I just figured since I never received recognition/ credit or was even asked to use it. Thanks.
