I'm never getting those 2 hours of my life back. Best thing about the experience wasn't even the movie but instead dressing up with my friends to the theater. It sucked BAD, and I don't know why everyone is lying to themselves over here giving it 5 stars where if I could give it 0 I would. This is literally the dream face reveal of movies, the fact that Scott co-wrote this and let this through says enough: This was a cash grab. I waited 9 years for a fnaf movie and this is the absolute platter of feces I'm presented. There were 3 good things in the entire movie; Matpat, CoryxKenshin, and the Outro song for the credits. I'm convinced the pg-13 warning was for the 3 curse words they used. The plot was completely horrid, actually there WAS NO PLOT! Mike has trauma pulled out of his ahh crack from his brother getting kidnapped and that whole ordeal was basically scrapped by the end. Why is Vanessa in the movie. Why is she there. There is no timeline to this in the entire duration of the movie, when Abby suddenly goes from a nonverbal kid to talking to the robots because they like her she's suddenly extremely comfortable and talkative, might as well had fed her some laced brownies and had the same effect. The acting was also god awful, it felt so unserious the entire time. Vanessa felt like she was semi flirting with Mike the entire time, she was also everywhere once she was introduced. Day, night, guess she doesnt sleep or rest, she must live in her car! When they started build a damn pillow fort in the restaurant I literally wanted to get up and leave, I wish I had gotten a picture of how stupid they all looked laying on the floor IN A CIRCLE. The line delivery was so damn awful too, they were making those suspenful pauses between words like they thought it was doing something. Williams "I always come back" line was horrible as well, the guy said that while getting bodied by 4 robots in a circle, it wasn't even them, it was the spring locks that are now going off? Another thing completely out of place. The tiktoks of "together we are fnaf" were quite literally serious, that's literally what it was, mlp frienship is magic situation where Abby literally drew a picture mid chaos, threw it on the wall and suddenly the animatronics turned against William because they didn't remember anything until this moment. The only reason these reviews are getting 5 stars is because the fans in this fandom want to like it so bad despite it being absolute trash. I was happy it finally got a movie, but if I knew it'd be this waste of time akin more to horse manure splattered on a screen I'd prefer we'd just stuck to the games. Atleast I can accept when something is horrid, post my opinion and move on. But I will not sit here and lie to myself to convince myself the massacre that went down in that theater was good. It being "for the fans" didn't mean it had to be bad.
