After reading the book earlier this year I had high expectations for the film and it didnt dissapoint. The film did an excellent job of staying true to the book while allowing for non book readers to follow along without difficulty. There were some pacing problems in the first act but the acting and direction were both spectacular. I highly recommend anyone who watched the previous hunger games films to check it out!

I want to preface this by saying I am a longitme fan of Bethesda and cherish my childohood memories of playing their previous titles like Oblivion the Fallout Series and Skyrim. If this game had made any marginal improvements in AI, Exploration or others noteworthy of a SciFi RPG I would have been content and not written this review. This game however failed in this and to me is a massive dissapointment. This game struggles to meet the expectaions of a game "25 years in the making" accoriding to Todd Howard. The only reason this game gets two stars and not one is because the Score and Visuals are mostly well done. I will not repeat the multiple issues with the game as you can scroll down and see what others have said. As a whole I think their criticism is fair. As someone who doesnt normally leave reviews for games I decided to for the following reason. I find it frustrating to see gaming outlets write these great reviews for a game that does not derserve it. This game continues down a path of Bethesda overpromising and not delivering. Fallout 4 began this path and since then Bethesda has continued to dissapoint. I fully intend on refunding this game and I hope other dissatisfied customers do so as well as that is the only real power the player base posseses. Hopefully this will make Bethesda improve and innovate as they did in the past in time for the next Elder Scrolls.
