the book is good but there is a bit of rude stuff because it made fun of a contortionist and i want to be a contortionist and it made fun of circus people. They also called them freaks and stuff and also they made Count Olaf drink ligure and they put a cat fight (two girls fighting over a man) and it is a bit to violent for people my age and younger.
