I was not pulled into the story. It seemed like actors doing a documentary. I went because my friend relative is dealing with his 40 year old daughter's drug habit. It was painful to see so much human relational pain. The multiple attempts to rescue never really helped. The take away was to let go and let them run out of resources. They are the only one to be able to change their situation.
