Much more intense than I expected from the trailer.

Vying for the place of the worst film I've seen this year alongside "Joy Ride" , "Strays", was relentless with swearing - f this, f that - and juvenile references to sexual matters. This was totally unnecessary as the premise was suitable for a family movie, there was some excellent one-liners and humorous observations of dog behaviour. The nature of the cruel owner would have to be tweaked as well but the plot could be essentially unchanged.

Excellent film with a great cast. Very long but worth it.

It was charming but incredibly predictible apart from that which I shall say no more. The scenes of Paris were a pleasant change from New York or London.
