I loved two great scenes in the museum, the one in which Mary's face is framed in a portrait as a scientist woman among all men's portraits. And the appreciated final scene with a huge fossil gapping Mary and Charlotte while they are surrounded by men and fossiles, symbolysing both Mary's job and ancient masculine barriers of their love.
Unfortunately softness of love was annoyingly main lost of this movie. It was just a semi-loving-relationship resulted from their lifestyle. Slow rate of the film wasn't helpful in nurturing a romantic love and turned the movie to boring manner. Mary's exaggerated premetive social behaviour was bothering.
The scene of the sea where Charlotte seemed to commit suicide was attractively surprising.
