The more I watched this series, the more I told myself what a blessing I didn’t have a Thai woman as a wife or girlfriend. This woman or at least her character and the movie really gave a bad name to Thai women. As the main lead, she really racked up so many havocs. Despite her demure deposition, what a vile and unscrupulous schemer the show has made her to be. And her priestly lover whom she coveted with, really made things worse. Somehow I like the supposedly evil king better than this loser boyfriend who hid behind her and used her to regain power of their kingdom. The Thais may argue they were not pure Thais but rather Khmers or ancient Cambodians. Because of beautiful Thai women!
