It took a while before I realized just how good the acting was and, equally, the production quality of this series is. Every one is so good you don't notice particular performances, they don't stand out because they're all so good! The Emergency Room scenes, after Rose is found, were so real and gripping that they still go on in my mind. The ER Managing Doctor (I don't know the proper medical label), I want to be there if I ever am rushed to the ER.
