I would highly recommend watching this film. As a Catholic, I have deep rooted feelings towards abortion. However, for theatrical proposes (and as repeated multiple times in the film), I viewed the film as the case was presented from a criminal Justice perspective. It's astounding how Dr Gosnell was in practice for so many years. The amount of health violations that were clearly present in his practice is absurd, but because he was an abortion doctor, the appropriate health departments made political choices to not touch his practice. As if the amount of risk these women and children go through isn't enough, he added additional more to the problem with his uncleanliness. Movie inspires to look more deeply into the case details.
