I don't really understand why they simply refuse to use original plots from Tolkiens books (this had some aspects from the books) but it was still for lack luster and there was to much of a push for the girl boss and I don't have an issue with a female main character but atleast make it well written

I went into this thinking it was just going to be an attempted slander of the first movie, wich happens to be one of my favorites. But I was pleasantly surprised by the movie although it did not stack up to the original I thought over all it was pretty well done there are some discrepancies when it comes to age accurate representation of the Roman empire but nothings perfect.
