Yeah.. I really liked it.. surprised me. Netflix’s best Manga/ graphic novel adaption yet..?

Sorry in advance but this series is just terrible.. How did they turn one of the bravest most tactically interesting events of the war into some sort of soap opera.. I hated it. Tried 3 times to watch it.. the swelling music and the sychophantic, dialogue made me reach for the mute and wait for the actual flying scenes.. but even those, especially those, were so stilted and no sense of the fear or crampedness or emotion of the planes.. Memphis Belle did all this so much better.. also , there were Polish crews, Australian crews, British Crews, Norwegian Crews.. Indian Crews, NZ crews. not even a mention past a cursory reference.? Does anyone know history anymore..? So many good historians they could have asked.! This series is a total insult to the people who fought in these actual battles. And no, the P51 Mustang didn’t save the world. Your show sux.

Dont understand the neg reviews. Really unique , clever and funny show with a good amount of pathos and not much Seth McFarlane style meanness. Good to see ( hear) Sam Smith and All of the Culkins doing pretty interesting characters.. love how animation is evolving.. really liked this show. Surely they’ll do a few seasons.!!
