It tries to do too much and forgets its actual purpose. Cage is creepy, but ultimately disappoints. Kiernan Shipka's talent is showcased far too briefly. Monroe shines through the entire film, which is ironic, because she is playing a character who is disassociating.
It's basically a haunted doll movie, so don't bother if you aren't into that.
