Well, you have to be willing to roll with this movie. I am. A lot of the bits and shtick donโt work but it has a lot endearing charm to me. The payoff I think is that about half the jokes and scenes do work and are really good IMO. This movie appears to have one of the highest budgets of all the Ernest movies. I have it on DVD and like to watch every 5 years or so...When Ernest is on heโs really on...
