The movers were nice and worked the best they could. Melissa behind the phone was not willing to working with me after paying a price I was quoted. I was charged for additional things that I never asked for. She told me she would give me a while to make calls so I can afford it. She called back again for an update, which there was none, and she pretty much said “ok keep trying” and hung up until I was able to get the funds. She had the movers sit there and watch Tik Toks until I was able to figure something out.
