My review is for the company in general. This is my experience. I ordered $462 worth of items, first time. After one week, there was no sign that I would receive them. I had been looking for a notification that they were being shipped. I made 3 different contacts with customer service, at least. I was told they were being processed and they would let me know when they were being shipped. Speaking of shipped, I had to get a secondary app! After 2 weeks, I spoke to someone who said that my item was out of stock, and I would be getting it in a week. I said what about the other items? I didn’t get a clear answer. A week went by, and another guy said it is coming next week. That would be week four. I just asked what is going on here. I’ve never heard of this! I would not expect this from anyone. He offered to give me back my money. It was all refunded by the next day. A sigh of relief!
Okay part two. I always give people second chances, the benefit of the doubt. Two weeks later, I ordered $230 of items I really wanted. Same thing again. One week went by, I got a KELLYANN notice that on the 28th my my order was being processed. And then they would let me know when they will be shipped! You have got to be kidding! I had to wait another week for processing, then who knows how long to get it. I am tired of looking at the apologies notices!! This is some sort of a racket. Then she comes out with new and better products!! Be careful. A day will come and people may not get their money back.
And the strange thing, is you can order on Amazon, pay a lot more for Sips, etc. and get it in two days!
After reading the multiple negative reports, I got in touch with KA, and there is no longer a phone number, but I got someone through a text. I got my money back for the second time. I certainly have lost all respect for this woman and company. All I got were stalls. I do feel for her workers. They are stuck in a bad situation.
