Really awesome for a pokemon game. I love the dodging and fast travel methods by pokemon integrated in. So much is good about the game, I want to point out some critiques. I do feel like it's lacking some of the interactions with other players you could have like compared to Pokemon sword/shield. I also think the wild pokemon are more sparse by comparison. Less variety overall than shield. I love the battling system how you can walk around or even away while your pokemon are fighting, but you could also get hurt if you stand too close. What I don't like is the tasks to fulfill the pokedex. I find it too tedious to want to complete. You can complete arceus with one team, with never really any need to change party members. That was what I loved about previous pokemon games, they forced you to have to make new parties due to the various gym battles and challenges. Arceus lacks that, and so you fly through the game in a week with the same 6 pokemon no problem. I hope that in the future they make a nice combination between pokemon sword/shield and arceus open world so that we can have the best of both worlds for an even better game.
