Pretty good film! Suspense and action all in one. I was a little disappointed that the kid never apologized to the family for the trouble he got them into, and almost getting them killed. Lol!

I enjoyed this film! It is a charming blend of science fiction and survival elements, with worthwhile characters. The movie has an intriguing plot with touching moments. The acting was excellent!

This film was definitely inspired by the X-Files episode "Clyde Bruckman's final Repose." I may have thought more of the film except that the plot was better executed in that episode than the movie. The movie also had a dark abstract style that I didn't care for. Anthony Hopkin's performance was of course exemplary.
