The online booking platform didn't say an obvious note onno entry for kids. The platform could have created an ask for age per seat. A mere note (as claimed as mentioned by thr pvr) was not so obvious that tells clearly on no entry for kids. Even when we demand for the refund, the theater washes hands saying it it the online platform's call and not theirs. The manager outside was so carefree in replying with poor attitude towards visitors. The guy who allow on the 3rd floor of the mall scanning the tkt is not aware that kids are not allowed to this movie asking. Great disappointment for only this being horror movies, there are much more scary movies on ott and kids are with us and not alone. There were many others who were waiting outside who were not allowered in. We with no option walked off and pvr survives of such amounts lost by those who booked without noticing the so called warning they claim to have mentioned!
