Read a lot of bad reviews which i dont rlly agree w - I think for the most part its a great film really had me nervous and sweating the entire time, very realistic approach not like a lot of thrillers these days
thought the acting was good - realistic and wasn't cliche
there are a few violent / disturbing scenes shown by the villains but unfortunately this does happen in real life especially in the middle of nowhere where theirs only one family at a campsite
not many movies showing the reality of criminals targeting venerable people in remote places like this. Does not make you want to go camping in the outback tho! (didn't like it anyway)
Thing i didn't like was the infant abuse as it really didn't lead to anything and nothing mentioned at the end. kinda pointless
Also no back story on the villains and why their working together etc. would've been good to have some sense into why their so mad
Not much of an ending so if u like big happy emotional endings maybe skip
Liked the main 2 characters and that the female clearly had more balls and knew how to put up a fight - male was quite pathetic when put under pressure but what do u expect i guess l0l
Most part think defs worth the watch but maybe not if your sensitive to violence against woman / rape
Haven't seen many aussie movies despite being aussie so was interesting to see their spin on things - quite impressed!
