This show made me laugh and cry all in one season. It takes a lot for me to cry and get emotion at a T.V. show especially a teen one like this. Normally I find the story lines to be un realistic and stupid but dang this whole show just was so amazing. It was beautifully written, the casting was amazing, and the actress who played Devy just was awesome. As a teenager I definitely related so hard to so many of the situations she was put in and I related to the anger she felt when she was overcome with emotions. I think that's what a lot of teenagers do when they become overwhelmed with emotions, they act out or get angry. I just thought that it captured what high school is actually like. In some parts it did play into the stereotype of high school but all in all it captured what it's like. Also the cast was just so diverse and I felt a lot of representation. Being an Asian women it was cool to see another Asian women not just being the side character that's awkward and weird but seeing really strong women. It was just so relatable. I loved it! I watched it in 1 day and need season 2 to come out... like tomorrow
