I have been an avid fan since 1970 and have seen all the series. Since plodding my way into the second half of season 3 "Discovery" with it's mutated time and story line, I am thrilled to tune into the first episode of "Piccard" to find the story and characters I've come to love. I am thrilled to find the "Star Trek" excitement here again.
