Am I the only person who notices the voice actors sound really off? For example, Yakko sounds nothing like what he did in the original show. It's obvious to me that Rob Paulsen is getting a little old for his role. Yakko just sounds like Rob Paulsen's normal speaking voice. I don't he's even trying anymore. Dot sounds alright, though even she sounds like an old lady sometimes, and Wakko fine, since Jess Harnell (Wakko's voice actor) was only 57 years old at the time. Another problem that everyone seems to notice with this show is that they talk way way way too much about politics, or just stuff kids won't understand at all. Some of the stuff they talk about doesn't feel like stuff that should even be mentioned in a 'kids' show. Also the characters keep reminding us this is a reboot and they rub it in your face. On a more positive note, some of the songs are decent. Other songs are pretty bad, but musicals are bad anyway. Overall, very overrated show. Not every aspect of the show is bad, but a good portion of it is.
