Rajagopalan Ra

Sema Mass, 2nd best Rajni movie of the last decade after Petta.. Apart from the expressionless face of Vasanth and needless/ predictable twist at the end, and a bit of forced comedy, I loved everything else. Rajni was just being himself, Vinayakan was arguably the best actor, but the standout feature was that all the cameos were handled extremely well and credit to the actors for bringing them to life. Clever trick to not include Rajni in the same frame and give them full focus! The ladies were not given any scope, might as well have not included them in the movie. The beginning 15 mins or so was a bit of a drag for me, but after that the pace was good. Should also mention Anirudh BGM, which were matching the tempo of the movie perfectly. Overall, very happy especially after the slightly disappointing trailer which gave a feel of Basha repeat. THALAIVAR NERANDHARAM 👍
