We can all guess the meaning behind the movie, exploitation of women etc, etc, but this is not a movie, it’s a slow and painful watch where nothing happens. Not expecting a Hollywood style finale, but you shove an hour + of whispered voices on a telephone down our throats - and when there was no telephone involved, the only verbal exchanges between people were absolutely down to a bare minimum. Call me old fashioned but if I have to watch a miserable and very slow movie with no plot in a world where everyone is so vile, the least you can do is to entertain me by giving me (the viewer) some hope that the main character somehow wraps up the movie with a resolution of some sort. As we stand is very much: “young woman goes to work in a male dominated environment, feels the pressure and she doesn’t like it, THE END.” Terrible.
