This is the closest you'll come to magic in real life! A genius, abstract, dramatic, eerie experience toying with all your senses. I came in a group of 4 but we quickly dispersed and let the experience take us wherever we dared to go! Sets, lighting, sounds and performances were perfectly in sync from every angle. Afterwards my friends and I discussed what we had seen, and turns out we each had experienced quite different parts of the story. Letting the audience wear masks is a brilliant idea, it helped me drown the crowds out and draw my focus more towards the actors. The actors were so beautiful and talented and seemed to hit every cue and pose perfectly in sync with the lighting and the music. I was in complete awe! This is a MUST-SEE show! Definitely keeping an eye out for Punchdrunk's future productions and aim to see this one again before they close.
