Being a 50 year, lifetime dog owner, this dude is amazing! I read some of the negative reviews and they all sounded like people that maybe were struggling from some mental illness. The way he’s able to diagnose the exact issue with the doing is highly impressive. His techniques are unique but obviously effective. I wish i knew 30 years ago there was a way to profit from all this experience, lol. Keep it up Cesar, you’re changing lives and making a solid living! Nothing but respect.
