Like Water

It was putting me to sleep but congrats on getting such a small budgeted indie film on the big screen. I couldn't wait for it to finish and I wish I could get a refund. This is something you watch on YouTube for free. Respect the labor of getting the dog to do certain things I'm sure it was difficult at times. I understand the message and themes but it might as well be a tubi movie. I was late for another showing and this was the only thing available left over. Surprised rotten tomatoes gave it a high score. Halfway in I was bored to death and it started to fall apart in the creativity department and horror aspects. Had one really good jump scare. I strongly advise people to wait for it to drop on their streaming services or watch it for free somehow. Huge waste of time going to the theaters unless you truly want to support small creators despite its underwhelming delivery. It's just not a big screen movie ladies and gents. Don't get mad at me for saying that. Cheers.

Minor Spoiler: Movie sucks but tries it's hardest to not suck. Was not creative enough with the pain tolerance stuff and the beginning was very poorly written during the bank scene and did not make sense. The protagonist chasing one of the robbers but then the robber just leaves the money for no reason and decides to do a unnecessary fight scene when the police are chasing him was so dumb. So many dumb scenes. How the heck did this movie get a higher rating on rotten tomatoes than Mickey 17 and the other movies that released during the same two-three weeks. The other movies were way better than this crap. I wish I never spent my money on this. I think some of the reviews are paid for. The marketing was so aggressive for this movie because they knew it was mediocre so they needed to churn out as much money as possible. DO NOT SPEND your money on this movie. It's not worth a watch or even two dollars.
