The changes with some characters are confusing and other down right suck (Harley) but honestly for me the worst part is the pacing. Everything seems so rushed, every episode a major villain from the rouges gallery and this is supposed to be a story of Batman just starting out? Like a pre bat signal Batman should have some episodes with just regular crimes - give us Batman actually investigating not just following Montoya around with a bug! It's okay to slow down a little! Have a criminal get away and come back a few episodes later! I feel like this is just the shitty TV show Gotham in animated form - too focused on the side characters and not enough on Bruce actually being Batman.
