Critics and viewers critique every movie as if it was made to be nominated for an Oscar. With that being said… I found this movie generally favorable. The acting was superb for the context of the movie. Chris Hemsworth’s “American” accent hardly missed a beat throughout the film. Miles Teller is a great actor who is going to continue to improve in the industry as he ages well. The synopsis of the movie is a semi-factual one based in our age. Pharmaceutical giants and the ethical ways they test and promote their products. At what length will a pharmaceutical company go to get their drug approved? This is the basis of this film with plenty of quirky funny moments, toss in notes of anguish, regret, and retribution. I score this movie a 6.7.
