I moved 2/2 and my stuff was taken from my apartment to a storage unit. The crew was nice but scrapped a lot of paint off my front door (which I have to pay to have repainted) and dropped my queen sized mattress in a huge puddle of water. I submitted a claim and they offered me $54 😂 I called to complain and they said they would have someone contact me right away. 2.5 weeks later and I have not heard from anyone. I just called them to follow up and they offered me a total of $175 (including the initial $54) for the repainting of the door and my molded queen size mattress that is sitting in my storage unit. They reimburse at $0.60 per pound of the item. What a joke!! $700 for them to move a small one bedroom apartment 10 minutes to a storage unit. And now this 😂 I’m about to move into a home with my boyfriend and we will not be going with All My Sons.
