A true great of UK kids tv. Fondly remembered by any British kid who grew up in the 70s. The puppets were wonderfully ragged and weird looking. Hartley Hare, Topov the monkey, Tortoise, Pig, Octavia and the others have entered the relm of the legendary. The wonderful Nigel Plasket did the voices and Wayne Laryea was the most memorable human presenter, Johnny. Hammer regular George Woodbridge played Inigo Pipkin the puppet make in the first series.
