Brilliant story from start to finish. As a huge 'undead series' fan i am always left waiting for the next story (you'd think lockdown would have given Mr Haywood plenty of time to write a few more :-0), so browsing the titles by RR Haywood I came across The Second Reality written in 2014. As with all the authors work the characters become real due to the care he takes in building them up in your mind. The plot is creative and unique and just a pleasure to read. One con is that the ending does not give closure and i thought by now a follow up would have been released...
