Though Vijay's screen presence spans across the movie in its entirety, the story line and the message seems same old as the Ramana movie!! SJ Surya's avatar and impact is complemented in Mersal with the kind of solid impact he created in Spyder!! Yet another typical movie for Vijay; a remarkable milestone for SJ Suryah though!!
