Mega evolutions were infinitely better than Dynamaxing. Honestly, the game would be better without Dynamaxing at all. It’s just an annoying and ugly gimmick with terrible lore in the games.
As of 1/2/2025, BDSP are currently the best Pokemon games on the Switch alongside Legends Arceus. I also think that BDSP is overall better than Platinum. Platinum has some extra features, but BDSP has far more features over Platinum.
Best 3D Mario. Great level design, best movement in the series, best hub world, amazing soundtrack, etc.

Fantastic game. It does have some issues that are kind of annoying (performance issues, not enough late game weapon and armor variety, etc), but the game overall is amazing and the issues should be easily fixed by future updates and dlc.
