They are making so many unnecessary changes like the main characters personalities, like Percy isn't supposed to know much about his world already and he is supposed to be this brave and nice kid. Annabeth is supposed to be the smart one and rational with her decisions and the decisions of others but it seems she doesn't think about her actions as much and Percy is arguably just as rational. And Grover is supposed to be shy and passionate and kind, UT the first impression we see is him absolutely throwing Percy under the bus when in the book he tries to take the hit and that a great reason why Percy trusts him so much. The TV absolutely crushes my imagination and what I hoped for from this show.
