Stephen Hasty

Honestly I enjoyed the original film more than the remake. It doesn't capture the severity of the original film that this was trying to recreate. The only aspect in this film that did have a serious tone was Mewtwo and it did show more of Mewtwo and the things he thought of and how he perceived the world. Thankfully Brock is...still Brock in this film, that's pretty much the only redeeming quality along side Mewtwo. Hopefully if they decide to remake "Mewtwo Returns" they actually take their time and create it correctly because, imo, the original seemed to be rushed and didn't take its time to fully grasp Mewtwo's character development and Ash, Misty, & Brock reuniting with Mewtwo to save him seemed to be done faster and the movie ending sooner than expected.
