Just saw the 2/3/24 airing (glutton for punishment). I think it surpassed even last week's stinker. It's in the tank. I'm beginning to think Lorne Michaels stands to make a lot of money if, and when, SNL gets cancelled. The *humor* is a tired retread week after week of unfunny unimaginative skits. The "musical" guests are usually awful (ok, blame me for that one because I do love MUSIC) IMO, the show often starts off great with James Austin Johnson's impersonation of Trump (nails it!). From that point on it goes right into the toilet. I keep watching the show and always hope for that clever funny skit that might show up (like last week's Bee Gees skit 🤣) Been watching since the show's debut in '75.
