This movie doesn't live up too it's full potential. The real love intrest could have been the new guy if he wasn't misled by a friend who was also in love with the same girl. The script instead try to make the friend a hero by standing up for her honor in the end, but if he truly loved her he would have been a honest friend from the beginning. Her happiness should have come above this own. She would have found out her love intrest was a jerk and made the right decision without interference.
