It was...just...bad. Like really bad. The whole time I was watching it I was just waiting for it to end. The script seemed unnatural. The acting was eh. But the real tragedy was the plot/characters. This was a good book, but the plot was uninteresting and left many holes. There was virtually no character development which inevitably lead to a lack of empathy for the characters and their quest. The thing that hurt me the most was when that kid came up to the other two kids and was like "I just felt like I should come here" and everyone was like okay cool everything's all good here! Like what the heck? I'm fifteen and I can tell how incredibly far Disney fell short on this film. I'll save you the time and recommend that no one in their sane mind watch this movie. That is unless you're like me and you enjoy mercilessly criticizing bad films. Then by all means have a field day with it! Basically, any of the Sharknado movies were better than this one.
