I have to give this movie a 2 because the best part was the opening act , and of course everyone has there own opinion and I never right review but this musical because that’s what it is , took away the power of The Color Purple, I left right before the end because I couldn’t take it anymore, the actors didn’t give enough and Sophia made the musical worth sitting there as long as I did , totally disappointed.
