Not for me. The thing is, if this was an original fantasy show that would be fine. But it is based off Tolkien's work but failed or made no effort to honor the original material. Also, there were way too many insignificant characters that were given screen time. The writing could be greatly improved as well and the set/costumes too. If you liked it great! But it wasn't for me.
