Can I echo that it's one of the best albums or possibly THE best album ever made? Yes? Thank you. A synergy of funk, afro-beat, and post-punk new wave, it was the high point of one of the tightest, most creative bands in history. Hyperbole? No, not at all. This work of art stands with any of the great paintings, sculptures, or symphonies of the late 20th century, but you can dance to it! Nothing in music consistently gives me shivers like Adrian Belew's guitar solo at the end of The Great Curve. I wish that song would go on forever.
